COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE VA262-17-Q-1020 Responses are due by 12:00 pm (PST), May 31, 2017 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, dated March 07, 2016. Solicitation VA262-17-Q-1020 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued as Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard750 Employees. WEIGHT CAPACITY 80 EA This solicitation is for brand name (exact match) only and offerors shall be an authorized distributor by the manufacture and must be able to offer full manufacture warranty all at a fair and reasonable price offering best value to the Government.
