This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-17-Q-0418 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This is a total service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside. The requirement is for the REM B Power System and accessories. The Rem B Power System will be delivered to the Louis Stokes VA Medical, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland OH 44106; this will also be the FOB destination.

Performance Monitoring:
The COR will work with the warehouse staff and biomedical engineering to ensure delivery and incoming inspection to determine for fitness for use.
Security Requirements:
The contractor will not have access to VA sensitive information.
