Optos California Procurement
The Minneapolis VAHCS is procuring an Optos ultra-widefield retinal imaging system to be utilized by the eye clinic.

Contractor shall coordinate installation during normal business hours, with the approval of the Minneapolis POC.
Contractor shall dispose of all waste.
Contractor shall confirm full functionality of the with Minneapolis VAHCS staff before stating work is complete.
Warranty
Full two year warranty to include all parts and labor shall be included.
Delivery
Contractor shall provide the upgrade to the Minneapolis VAHCS, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417.
Place of Performance
The selected vendor shall provide the upgrade to the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The address is One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417
