NAICS: 339112 Size Standard: 1,000 employees Optos California Procurement The Minneapolis VAHCS is procuring an Optos ultra-widefield retinal imaging system to be utilized by the eye clinic. Equipment shall have the following part numbers and brand name: Part Number Item Description Quantity A10650 200DTx (California) California Ultra-widefield Retinal Imaging System 1 DICOM DICOM DICOM package 1 Equipment Requirements Ultra-widefield imaging Must be able to produce the following image types Color composite Green laser view Red laser view Autofluorescence Fluorescein angiography Indocyanine green angiography Must be able to produce the following resolutions in the image types 20 µm color composite 14 µm green laser, red laser, autofluorescense, fluorescein angiography, indocyanine green angiography Ability to capture non-mydriatic 200 degree field of view through 2mm pupils Ability to show up to 82% of the retina in a single image or non-montaged image Ability to accurately portray the ultra-widefield image in consistent geometry of the retina DICOM communication Must be able to produce the following wavelengths Red laser: 635 nm Green laser: 532 nm Blue laser: 488 nm Infrared laser: 802 nm Laser safety Class 1 General Requirements Weight must be no greater than 75lbs 100-120V at 50/60 Hz Dimensions must be no greater than 25 (H) x 22 (W) x 22 (D) If running Windows OS, must be Windows 7 or later version Contractor shall provide all applicable manuals (users, training, service, etc ) Training Contractor shall provide on-site go-live training during implementation. Contractor shall provide on-site technical training during implementation. Installation Contractor shall coordinate installation during normal business hours, with the approval of the Minneapolis POC. Contractor shall dispose of all waste. Contractor shall confirm full functionality of the with Minneapolis VAHCS staff before stating work is complete. Warranty Full two year warranty to include all parts and labor shall be included. Delivery Contractor shall provide the upgrade to the Minneapolis VAHCS, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417.
