This device allows the application of themo-destructive energy to the endometrium by free circulating saline heated to 90 degrees Centigrate, for a treatment time of 10 minutes. The fluid flows into the uterine cavity through an insulated shealth surrounding a 3mm (rather than the usual 4mm) hysteroscope.
