The Centralized Acquisition Service, VISN 6, Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for the following equipment for delivery to the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, VA 23249-0002: LOKOMAT Pro Robotic Gait Orthosis, a driven gait orthosis that assists walking moments of gait-impaired patients. This requirement also includes the ERIGO Tilt Table with integrated robotic stepping system & patient transfer rollboard (Samarit Standard). Interested parties must submit product data in writing to Rob Betts, Contract Specialist, VA Medical Center, VISN 6/CAS (590/90C), Bldg 27, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667 not later than 4:00pm local time on September 2, 2008. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with a sole source negotiation with HOCOMA, the only known source of this equipment.
