Page 1 of 1 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FAR 6.302-1(c) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to ScriptPro USA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c): "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed procurement is for the purchase of a new Robotic Prescription Dispensing System with Collating Control Center for the Rochester VA Outpatient Clinic opening in the Spring of 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 and the size standard is 1000 employees. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
