The VA North Texas Health Care System intends to solicit and award a Sole Source Contract to Airway Technologies, 3418 Midcourt Road, Carrollton, Texas 75006-5073 for the purchase of 500 TAP 3 Elite TL 125 mm Kits for Thornton Sleep Apnea Prostheses for the North Texas Veterans Health Care System, Dallas VA Medical Center, Dallas TX 75216. The Contractor will provide "Brand Name" TAP 3 ELITE TL 125 mm Kits for Thornton Sleep Apnea Prostheses. The resulting purchase will be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. The designated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 339114 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Responses to this notice, if any, must show clear and convincing evidence that competition is attainable and more advantageous to the Government.
