The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler AMC, Hawaii intends
to award a firm-fixed price, contract for the Perioperative Nursing Services,
Central Material Supply, US Army Medical Department Activity Korea, Yongsan,
Korea . This requirement will be advertised as Unrestricted.

Requirements include but are not limited to: Glick Hip Set 1 Set and Shipping
Charges 1 Each direct to Seoul Korea. This requirement is being issued as a
Brand Name or Equal in accordance with FAR provision 52.211-6 Brand Name
or Equal (Aug 1999). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3841 and
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423450 with a
size standard of 100 employees. All prospective offerors must be actively
registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offers may register

The Delivery shall be FOB Destination DIRECT to Property Book Office, Unit
15281, Bldg 5119 Yongsan, Seoul Korea, and shall occur 15 to 30 Days after
receipt of contract/award. The Government intends to award a contract to the
responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, based on lowest
price, technically acceptable offer.

This solicitation package will be available on both the Army Single Face to
Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/)
and the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/)on
17 April 2009. Closing date for this solicitation is 23 April 2009, no later than
