This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, dated March 07, 2016. Solicitation VA262-16-Q-1094 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award. This procurement will be issued under a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 339112 and size standard is 1,000 Employees. The Government is seeking a Contractor that can is seeking sources that can provide a brand name or equal to product; M00546650 SpyGlass DS, a Single Operator & Single Use Cholangioscopy System. All equal to items must meet the following Salient Characteristics: 1. Must enable therapeutic endoscopist to evaluate indeterminate biliary strictures. 2. Must allow for direct visualization and enhances the ability to easily recognize intraductal pathology. 3. Must be a 10 F miniature endoscope to permit direct visualization of the bile and pancreatic ducts. (A camera, due to its small size, is passed through the working channel of the endoscope.) 4. Must be a catheter-based system for use by a single operator. 5. System must include enhanced digital visualization with 4X the resolution and 60% wider field of view. 6. Must include an automatic light control & LED illumination. The catheter must include a 1.2 mm working channel and two dedicated 0.6 mm irrigation channels. 7. Must be a 10F miniature endoscope that has a channel within it that allows for the passage of a biopsy forcep for tissue acquisition, electrohydraulic lithotripsy (EHL) probes and laser probes.
