The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses that can provide all the requirement listed below with a special interest in seeking: Small Businesses (SB); VA certified Service Disabled Veteran owned Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) small business concerns. The Salisbury VA Health Care System (SVAHCS) is charged with providing chronic, outpatient dialysis services for the Healthcare Centers in Charlotte and Kernersville. Scope of work The contractor shall furnish of all, tools, materials, labor, transportation, and any incidentals to satisfy the delivery requirements of this contract and any subsequent attachments or Statement of Work (SOW). This Requirement is scoped specifically for the facilities comprising the SVAHCS Specifications The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all dialysis supplies listed in Attachment I: Master Dialysis Supply Listing. Supplies shall be made of materials that meet or exceed industry standards defined by the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) and any other applicable industry requirements.
