Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to seek Service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), Veteran-owned small businesses (VOSB) and/or small businesses sources for Eye surgery procedure stretcher (1ea), Prime 5TH Wheel stretcher (2ea). Dual cylinder pneumatic backrest; Dual pedestal hydraulics; Dual side hydraulic controls; Fold-down side rails; Four IV receptacles Central-locking brakes with foot-end brake & steer pedal. Prime stretcher : Thermoformed ABS base with extra capacity storage tray 700 lb. weight capacity. Less than 21-inch low height Integrated utility tray Litter-mounted oxygen bottle holder Integrated transfer board. Power-washable design, Four-wheel, center-locking brake system with dual end activators. These are Brand Name or Equal requirement. For brand name, offeror must be an authorized distributor for the manufacturer Stryker. New equipment only, no remanufactured or gray market equipment is acceptable. Equipment must be covered under manufacturer s warranty. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112 and the Classification code is 6515.
