The contractor shall also provide two copies of the service manual: one in a hardcopy and one in an electronic copy. B.2.3 CONDITION OF EQUIPMENT: All equipment should be "New" and not remanufactured, refurbished or "grey" market. POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: 1) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), business size, and DUNS Number. 2) Provide a Statement of Capability that demonstrates the following: A.
