The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Flexcell Int. Corp., 437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Hillsborough, NC 27278 to acquire approx. 45 cases of Flex 1 Collagen 6 Well Flexible Bottomed Culture Plates. Flexcell is the only known company that manufacturers these special made plates. These plates are used with the flexcentral Flexercell Strain Unit System which VA currenlt uses for research. The Government will consider all proposals received by 12/20/02. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See note 22
