Naval Hospital Pensacola intends to award a sole source procurement to Smith & Nephew Orthopedics for a Trigen Nailing System and Accord Instrument Set along with the Accord Implant Set in conjunction with instrumentation already in place in the Main Operating Room. NAICS for this requirement in 339112. This is not a request for competitive quotes. These items must be from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)as stated in DFAR 217.7501 (Replacement parts must be aquired so as to ensure the safe, dependable and effective operation of the equipment). This request is being issued using Simplified Aquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in FAR subpart 13. "See note 22".
