SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION Telehealth uses information and telecommunication technologies to provide health care services in situations in which the patient and practitioner are separated by geographical distance. These telehealth technologies - Real-Time Telehealth, Home Telehealth and Store-and-Forward Telehealth enable VHA to target care and case management to improve access to care, improving the health of veterans. If your company provides telehealth technologies that can be used to facilitate access to care and improve the health of Veterans, consider attending an opportunity for up to ten vendors that support telehealth to set up and display their new innovative medical equipment on September 14, 2016 from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm at Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. In addition to the Wilkes-Barre staff, a facility telehealth coordinator from Altoona, Butler, Coatesville, Erie, Lebanon, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Wilmington, and the VISN 4 network directors office will be on hand to view products.
