The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for Tendon Graft products for patient specific surgery. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The suggested contractor is: Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation, dba MTF, 125 May Street, Suite 300, Edison, New Jersey 08837-3264

2 each Posterior Tip tendons.

1 each Achilles tendon.

This IS NOT a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal product MUST SUBMIT THEIR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES TO INCLUDE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THEIR PRODUCT, PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, PRICE, DELIVERY TIME AND TECHNICAL/MEDICAL SUPPORT within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Eisenhower Army Medical for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
