The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 1 Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements -- with Hologic Inc, 250 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA, 01752, for supplies and reagents for sample collection, storage, and testing for GYN and Non-GYN specimens in the CYTO/HISTO Department for use with the Thin Prep Imaging Systems, Model 2000.
