The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Acquisition Center is conducting Market Research to assess industry capabilities for distribution of Timolol Maleate Soln and Timolol Maleate Gel, Pharmaceutical Drugs, NAICS Code 325412, to the VA and other Government Agencies (OGAs). The VA is seeking responses to this Request for Information (RFI) from interested, capable firms that can meet all of the requirements set forth below. Responses will be considered from Non-TAA countries who can meet the requirements. Capabilities should include but are not limited to: " Is your firm able to provide all the package strengths and package sizes, as indicated in the table below? " Is your firm able to deliver the estimated annual quantities? " Is your firm able to deliver the product to the VA's Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor no later than 45 days after award? " If not the manufacturer of the products, is your firm able to provide a Letter of Commitment from the manufacturer? " Would your firm be able to fill an initial order up to 30% of the estimated annual quantities? " If your company is interested in submitting an offer, how many years is your company comfortable pricing out for this procurement (Base year + options)? " The vendor must follow the American Academy of Ophthalmology's recommended uniform color-coding system for the caps and labels of all topical ocular medications.
