This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to TriMed, Incorporated for the attached list of brand name only items for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. No SUBSTITUTES procurement.

Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 423450.

Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide the attached list of items and also provide a current copy of your price list for the items NO LATER THAN 2 FEBRUARY 2012, 12:00 P.M. Hawaii Standard Time or 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Contractor MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 100% of the item(s) listed above to be considered for this BPA.
