-This solicitation VA259-14-Q-0704 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 334510 (Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing) using a SBA designated Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This RFQ is being issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 334510.
-Any Award Made as a Result of this Solicitation will be made on an All or Nothing Basis. All Items being Solicited (Products and/or Receivables as appropriate) must be of New Manufacture; No Remanufactured or "Grey Market" items allowed. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty
