Contractor shall provide GE NextGen Logiq E R7 ultrasound with Accessories and deliver within 30-days from the date of notice of contract award to the Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Background: The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a need for one GE NextGen Logiq E R7 portable ultrasound with standard accessories, and indicated transducers to replace the broken equipment used in the Gynecology clinic of the Women s Health Department. Performance Period: Delivery shall occur within 30 days of contract award Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order. General Requirement The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a need for one GE NextGen Logiq E R7 portable ultrasound with the standard accessory package to replace the broken equipment used in the Gynecology clinic of the Women s Health Department. The GE NextGen Logiq E R7 ultrasound will allow point of care to our women veterans for the following procedures: dating ultrasound for prenatal care, viability of pregnancy, establishing single versus multiple gestations, and assist evaluation of breast masses to determine if cystic or solid which will help with needle guidance for cyst drainage. Delivery and Installation of the system are required. Also required are two 8C-RS Convex Transducers, two E8C-RS Endocavitary Transducers, one UP-D898MD Printer, one Printer adapter kit, and one Advanced Isolation Cart. Additional salient features: Laptop style 11.5 lb maximum laptop weight E8C-RS Convex Transducer, broad spectrum 4-10MHz E8C-RS Endocavity Tranducer, 4-10MHz Advance Isolation Cart 110 V, w probe and gel holders, shelf for DVD-RW, and shelf for printer Needle recognition software Image overlay application Trackball Additional Information: The GE NextGen Logiq E R7 portable ultrasound is required due to interoperability with GE nextGen Logiq E R7 in Lebanon VAMC s inventory in use in the Emergency Department. Accessories can be interchanged with other equipment on station if needed reducing the over costs associated with service.
