These items will supply the necessary instruments and implants to replenish surgical trays and reduce the turnover time between cases. (1) STATEMENT OF CAPABILITY: Submit a brief description if you believe your company is capable of fulfilling this requirement, five (5) pages or less, that demonstrates how your company has the capabilities with sufficient detail to allow for a comparison with the recommended product and experience to provide the Surgical Supplies described above.
