This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. It is not a solicitation. The purpose of this notice is for market research to gain knowledge of qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 334510, size standard 500 employees. The Government will use responses to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 22 is seeking sources to provide NAVX patches for the EnSite Velocity Cardiac Mapping System at the VA San Diego Healthcare System. A purchase order will be issued for these supplies. Interested parties are invited to respond to this notice. Responses should include company name, address, point of contact, phone and fax numbers, email address, DUNS number, and size of business pursuant to the following questions: (1) Is your business large or small? (2) If small, does your firm qualify as a small emerging business, or small disadvantaged business?
