INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Veterans Affairs Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Region (VISN 6) Central Acquisition Service intends to enter into a sole source procurement with St. Jude Medical for the purchase of a Ventricular ICD - Model CD3231-40. NAICS code 339113 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations.
