This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number, VA261-16-Q-1010 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 effective August 15, 2016 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a price quotation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334510, size standard 1250. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business, however if there are two or more Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) who are capable of providing a quote at a fair and reasonable price, this acquisition will be set aside for SDVOSB/VOSB.
