The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Activity (NCA), on behalf of Veterans Administration Medical Center Richmond, is conducting market research through this sources sought notice to seek sources for name brand or equal to Volcano s5i Imaging System. The s5i Imaging System combines Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) and Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) into a single instrument. The Volcano s5i also has Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) capability and accommodates different catheters, peripherals, AAA IVUS catheters and FFR wires. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334510, Size Standard is 500 Employees and the Classification code is 6515. The information submitted should include technical capabilities to utilize FFR and IVUS simultaneously. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.
