The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for the below listed stents:
1 each Wallflex fully covered esophageal stent, 23mm x 10cm, item #: M00516730. Must have have flared end and be of a flexible braided construction with thick Nitinol wires.
1 each Wallflex fully covered esophageal stent, 23mm x 12cm, item #: M00516740. Must have have flared end and be of a flexible braided construction with thick Nitinol wires.
The suggested contractor is the Boston Scientific Corporation dba Medi-Tech Division, 1 Boston Scientific Place, Natick, MA 01760-1537
This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal product MUST SUBMIT THEIR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES TO INCLUDE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THEIR PRODUCT, PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, PRICE, DELIVERY TIME AND TECHNICAL/MEDICAL SUPPORT within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Eisenhower Army Medical Center for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
