The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a contract for a Halo Generator for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. Please see attached RFQ document VA69D-14-Q-0289 for requirements. Potential vendors are to complete the attached RFQ document and submit an itemized quote as well as submit sufficient supporting documentation which details product specifications. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM CST, December 20, 2103.
