Box 489, Bloomington, IN 47402, 800-346-2686. Cook Incorporate shall provide Zilver 635 Biliary Stents on consignment for the VA Medical Center, Detroit, MI. This proposed contract action is for the listed mentioned above, which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the government not to compete this proposal contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government.
