PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA National Acquisition Center intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) 36E79720R0057 for an unrestrictive procurement for Trastuzumab or Biosimilar, 150MG Vial, for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DOD), Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and Indian Health Service (IHS).
