Scope of Work The vendor will deliver the following items to CTVHCS located at 1901 S. Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76502. Temple Warehouse will deliver to 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76711 and the vendor will provide installation and on-site training to Waco site.
