The Department of Veterans Affairs on behalf of Syracuse VA Medical Center, has a BRAND NAME ONLY requirement for Medtronic equipment. This is a BRAND NAME ONLY solicitation with a service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set aside. Requested units are defined below and required to be exact match for compatibility with existing equipment. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b), competition has been limited to BRAND NAME ONLY Medtronic products due to the need for compatibility with existing equipment.
