Synopsis:
Pursuant to FAR 8.402(f), and in accordance with the initiative to Section 319 (2) of the Public Health law Program for Disease Control and prevention guidelines to COVID 19 standards. CareFusion Pulmonary Fit testing equipment is for upgrade and implementation of equipment already installed. Notice is given that VA NY/NJ Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN2) intends to add the following ancillary equipment via modification to our existing NAC FSS order (36C24220N0778) awarded against CareFusion 211, Inc. FSS Schedule contract 36F79718D0508):

ThisÃÂ proposed modification is in furtherance of a VHA goal to standardize CareFusion Pulmonary Fit Testing Equipment and continue providing healthcare solutions to veterans and patients at medical center facility seamlessly during COVID 19 pandemic.
This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals.
No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 3 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed NAC FSS modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement.
