PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA National Acquisition Center intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 36E79720R0014 for an unrestrictive procurement for Compression bandage kits and Sponge Gauzes, for Outpatient Pharmacies dispensing at the medical facility level for VA, IHS, BOP, and FHCC. The VA will award one or two contracts to the responsible offeror(s) who will be able to provide an uninterrupted source of supply for the contracted items. The Government may award two separate contracts for Group I and Group II, or one contract for both groups. The contract period will be for one year plus four pre-priced one-year option periods. The contract items will be distributed through the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs for Pharmacy Personnel to order Medical/Surgical ( Med/Surg ) items.
