The purpose of this email is to gain knowledge of potential qualified Businesses under NAICS 339113 with Size Standard of 750 Employees. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be used by the Government to form a reasonable expectation that two or more small business concerns will submit offers and that the award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States Government. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are not considered responses to any potential solicitation announcement.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Medical Center 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827, VHA Network 08 Contracting Office is seeking information concerning possible sources to provide the supply described. The goal of this supply contract is to provide DISPOSABLE NON-STERILE NITRILE POWDER-FREE EXAM GLOVES to VISN 8 VA Healthcare Systems located in Florida and San Juan, PR. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the DISPOSABLE NON-STERILE NITRILE POWDER-FREE EXAM. The period of performance is weekly delivery until completion of the contract starting within 30 calendar days from order.

All interested firms should provide the following information: company size, company name, address, point of contact phone number, email address, veteran status (SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSMB, EDWOSB, 8A HUBZone, HUBZone, LB ), capability statement to perform/supply the services/product, and a statement describing whether there is a reasonable expectation an offer/quote will be submitted at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States.
This Sources Sought Notice is intended to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this Sources Sought Notice. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice is not a request to be added to a prospective offerors list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
To be eligible for award, YOU MUSTE BE AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR. If you are an FSS GSA/NAC, NASA SEWP contract holder or other federal contract holder, provide your contract number. The potential sources must be active in System for Award Management (SAM) System for Award Management and certified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP). Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
