The associated NAICS code for this is 334510. The vendor will be OLYMPUS AMERICA, 3500 Corporate Parkway, PO BOX 610, Center Valley, PA 18034-0610. Description of requirements: Lease and service for 6 Video processors and light sources, 4 pediatric colonoscopies, 12 adult colonoscopes, 5 adult gastroscopes, 2 pediatric gastroscopes, 2 dual channel therapeutic gastroscopes, 6 26 inch LED Monitors, and multiple cables and converting devices to support the endoscopes. The service and repair contract mush include coverage for Endoscopic Ultrasound equipment including one EU-ME2 PreierPlus Ultrasound processor, 2 ultrasound bronchoscopes, 1 balloon control unit, 1 balloon control unit, 1 balloon enterscope, 1 radial EGD, 2 linear EGD, 2 duodensocopes, and 2 20Hx EUS mini probes and ancillary equipment to support the Endoscopic ultrasound scopes and probes Period of Performance: May 1, 2021-September 30, 2025. A firm fixed price BPA with option years is anticipated. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers.
