This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes.  Solicitation, 36C24624Q1428, will be issued on or about 10 September 2024.  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VA Medical, Hampton, VA has a requirement for CT Phantoms or the Richmond VA Medical Center, Richmond Virginia.   Contractor shall provide brand name or equal to CT Phantoms.
