This Sole Source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b), soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, quotes, or capability statement. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101. This Special Notice is being issued for information purposes only. Responses received will be considered for determining sources for future procurements. Any information submitted in response to this notice of intent is strictly voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information submitted.
