The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate an award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a purchase order to Alcon, 6201 South Freeway, Fort Worth TX 76134-2099, as the only responsible source to provide the above items. 3. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
