THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY The purpose of this notice is to obtain information on Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), 8(a), HUBZone, or Small Businesses (SB) interests, capabilities, and qualifications to determine if a set-aside is appropriate. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Proposals are NOT being requested or accepted at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, requests letters of interest from SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, and SB vendors capable of providing an interoperative aberrometer technological aide. This item will use NAICS Code: 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing; size standard 1000. Product Description: Interoperative aberrometer technological aide to assist in cataract refractive diagnostics which would improve the quality and outcomes of cataract surgery. Similar in function to the ORA Verifeye+. Interested sources shall submit the following: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number, and business status. 2. Documentation relating to capability of performance. Responses are required to be sent via email to [email protected], no later than 1:00pm Local Time, September 17, 2020. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. It is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of potential qualified vendors before determining the method of acquisition.
