The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to determine if there are any SDVOSB/VOSB/SB vendors that can provide an IOL Master 700 Non-Contact Optical Device (Brand Name or Equal) supporting the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, North Las Vegas, NV. (See below for salient characteristics)
