THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide Karl Storz Endoscope Lease (Base + 4OY) to the VA Medical Center Fresno. This requirement will include scope leases as well as maintenance and servicing. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details.  A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 532490 Medical Equipment (except Home Health Furniture and Equipment) Rental and Leasing. THIS RFQ SHALL BE BRAND NAME ONLY, UNRESTRICTED FOR BUSINESS SIZE. Solicitation documents will be available on or about October 2nd.  The solicitation will contain quote instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price Contract for this lease.
