RFQ 36C24221Q1356 Special Notice: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price sole source purchase order with Four Points Technologies, Inc. for the purpose of acquiring the BK Medical bk3000 Ultrasound System including portable ultrasound unit with keyboard, viewing screen, and printer. This System is a replacement of existing systems that is compatible. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Four Points Technologies, as Four Points technologies is the only Authorized Vendor a contracted SDVOSB to sell its products. As per FAR 13.106-1(b), as no other source of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. Four points Technologies Inc. is a unique source capable of fulfilling the Government s needs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334517 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will not pay for information submitted.
