Under Statutory Authority 40 U.S.C. 501 and 41 U.S.C. 251 the VA Great Lake Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to procure a Brand Name Sole Source with ScriptPro USA INC Other than small business . This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 40 U.S.C. 501 and 41 U.S.C. 251 implemented in FAR 8.405-6, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm fixed price delivery order. The Department of Veterans Affairs and ScriptPro USA INC. has a NAC / GSA / FSS awarded contract: 36F79719D0135. ScriptPro, the OEM, is the only vendor capable of providing the needed configuration and services to install the robots due to proprietary information. This requirement shall be procured Brand Name Only / Sole Source follow on GSA/FSS delivery order for ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing System and Server OS Upgrade. The Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and services to the Contract Specialist by 8:00 a.m. November 21, 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no response is received, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the sole source procurement with ScriptPro USA INC.
