It is the responsibility of the vendor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The requirement is 100 percent Small Business set aside and the Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside determination. The UHERP team at the Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) has a funded project to evaluate the use of smart glasses. As part of that project the program has purchase two training manikins. In order to best use those manikins, we require two wheeled stretchers.
