The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has an ongoing program to furnish eyeglasses to those Veterans that require them and for those that are eligible for assistance. It is the VA's intent to solicit offers and award a contract or contracts on a competitive basis for a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract.
