This project will install exterior construction barrier & gate, construct temporary Phase 1 construction wall, demolition of existing interior architectural elements in Atrium, construct new exterior canopy structure, sidewalk, and repair of pavement, construct new interior walls, finishes, and architectural elements, and removal and replacement of all flooring finishes including wall base. The Period of Performance for this project is 120 Calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
