CITY OF TUALATIN65TH / BORLAND / SAGERT IMPROVEMENTS: ENGINEERING, PERMITTING, PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT, AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Proposals due 2:00 pm, June 7, 2024 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSThe City of Tualatin requests proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the 65th / Borland / Sagert Improvements project. The City will screen and select prospective consultants as provided in ORS 279C.110(5). Proposals will be received until 2:00 pm local time, June 7, 2024, via email to [email protected] and [email protected]. No proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the Request for Proposals ("RFP") document. Any proposal received after the closing time will not be accepted or considered. RFP documents may be downloaded from https://bids.tualatinoregon.gov or obtained in person at the City of Tualatin's City Services Building, located at 10699 SW Herman Rd., Tualatin, OR 97062. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
