Award is expected 10 March 2015. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 9:00am est., on 4 March 2015. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
