This request is sole sourced to PCB Piezotronics, Inc., 3425 Walden Ave, Depew, NY 14043-2417, due to capability with Low Cost Guided Imaging Rocket. This is a direct replacement unit for which there is no substitute. Any firms believing that they can provide the specified parts listed above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm’s ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the material or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
